We aim to promote
partnerships where we see it to be of value to
the profession. Wherever we find effective
people or organizations improving
professionalism or developing useful products we
will seek to introduce them to our members. We
promote and facilitate relationships at all
levels.
We have
relationships with call center organizations
throughout the Dominican Republic. Industry
leaders from the United States and the Dominican
Republic are frequent contributors to our annual
event conference.
